Request user data deletion

You can permanently delete your BandFound account yourself. That removes your personal account data from BandFound (profile, songs, messages, and related account content). This cannot be undone.

How to delete

1. Sign in to BandFound with the account you want removed.
2. Open your Profile page (edit profile).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Delete account section.
4. Type your account email address to confirm.
5. Tap Delete my account.

If you lead a band, transfer leadership or delete that band first — BandFound will ask you to do that before deletion can finish.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your BandFound login, profile, songs, messages, and other account-owned data we store for you. Limited records may remain when the law or safety requires it (for example abuse or ban history), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Need help?

If you cannot sign in or the delete button fails, email privacy@bandfound.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you and process the request.
